Phi Systems provide contracted services for a variety of traditional and IP Based Communication systems and IT Networks throughout the UK. Our Service Desk operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week to log queries by phone or via the Web. Between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Excl Bank Holidays), calls to our service desk are handled by a team of professionals trained to deal with your call.
Whether you need a field engineer to respond to a major system problem or just in need of some helpful advice, our service desk team are in direct contact with all our support personnel. Details of bespoke maintenance agreements are available on request.
Work requests, fault reporting and general customer enquiries are managed via a unique web based customer interface that, since it’s inception has proven very successful as a Client Relationship Management system.
All customers enquiries from the mundane to in-depth strategic projects are managed openly with all pertinent project discussion notes and quality documents stored for all interested parties to view and update. Every job is assigned a project manager and or responsible technician. Because it is web based, access can be made whether in the office, at home or on the road.
